Permitted Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Authorized Use Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Authorized Use Policy") contains the terms and conditions relating to the user's (hereinafter referred to as "you") access to and use of the Services (as defined in our Terms and Conditions accessible at (our "T&Cs") provided by Doodle (as defined in our T&Cs and hereinafter also referred to as "we")). This Permitted Use Policy is incorporated into the T&Cs in its entirety by reference and by clicking on the prompt or box or using the Services, whichever occurs first, you agree to be bound by our T&Cs, including, but not limited to, the terms of this Permitted Use Policy, as it may be amended by Doodle from time to time.

1.1 You are an adult

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are not intended for, and may not be used by, minors in accordance with applicable local legal provisions. You hereby represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that each guest, as a recipient of your invitations, meets the requirements of this Authorized Use Policy and is therefore authorized to use the Services. You may use the Services only if the statements in the preceding sentence are true. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of all guests or other third parties to whom you have sent an invitation. Without limiting the generality of Doodle's remedies under our TOS, you acknowledge and agree that Doodle may at any time, with immediate effect and without liability to you, terminate, revoke, suspend or modify (permanently or temporarily) your access to the Services if Doodle has reason to believe that you or guests under your account have violated any term of this Permitted Use Policy.

1.2 Our rules apply here

In order to ensure the safety of your use of the Services, all users are required to comply with this Authorized Use Policy and any applicable policies that may have been established by third party service providers as may be identified by Doodle, in its sole discretion, from time to time. If you notice any inappropriate behavior or content on the Services, please report it to Doodle.

2.3 Treat passwords and all other login data confidentially.

2.4 Monitor and control all activities that go through your account in relation to the Services.

3.14 You acknowledge that, by using Doodle, you may be exposed to messages that are offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. Doodle does not accept any responsibility for such messages transmitted by other Users when using the Doodle Services. 3.15 Do not use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, automatic or manual process or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitory or copying any of the material accessible through your use of the Services (including but not limited to any software or applications used by Doodle to provide the Services).
