Plan your appointments with all your web calendars in one place!
Doodle is the best way to schedule and keep track of all your meetings, regardless of how many people attend. Let’s look at an example to see how easy it is to set up your first Doodle poll.
First, start your Doodle poll by choosing ‘create a Doodle’ at the top of the page. On the first step include the name of the meeting you’d like to have, the location of the meeting, and any notes you like. For this example, we’ll use ‘Board meeting.’ The location is ‘our offices’ and we’ll also add a little note.
During step 2 you can add all of the time options for your meeting. We’ll add a few options to ensure a higher likelihood of finding the best time for everyone to meet. You can choose the month view to see all the days of the month and then add the times on the right. If you choose week view you can add the time slots directly to the calendar. Since you’re connected your web calendar to your Doodle account you’ll be able to see all of your appointments next to your potential meeting times!
During step 3 you can add other settings to your poll. You can limit the number of votes per participant, make the poll hidden to hide the information of your attendees or add a third ‘if-need-be’ option for more flexibility. If you upgrade to a Premium account you can add deadlines to get your votes in even faster, and require contact details so you can get back in touch with your participants after your meeting.
Lastly, you can send out your Doodle meeting invitation to your participants. You can add their email addresses to the field or you can copy the link to the poll and share it as you like!
