How can I pay for Doodle Professional?
You can pay for Doodle Professional via credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or PayPal. If you’re buying a Team or Enterprise plan we also accept bank transfers and purchase orders. Once payment confirmation details are finalized, you will receive payment confirmation and have unlimited access to your payment details in your account settings.
Does Doodle offer invoicing with custom payment terms?
You can upgrade your Premium Doodle plan from your account settings at any time. You will receive a credit on your new subscription for the prorated amount of the unused time on your old subscription. All your account settings will be preserved. Downgrading your Doodle plan is only possible at the end of a 1-year subscription.
Does Doodle provide technical and product assistance?
Yes, for our Enterprise clients we provide a dedicated support service. Our Premium support team guarantees response times under 6 hours as well as dedicated technical and product assistance.
Which plan is best for me?
The Pro plan offers a higher degree of customization, priority support as well as access to our newest scheduling tool for organizing one-on-one meetings in minutes. The Team plan is designed for small teams to manage multiple users per subscription (5-20). The Enterprise plan is meant for large teams and whole corporations to maximize their use of Doodle within a custom environment with increased levels of support, security and billing.
How does user management work?
User management is only available in the Team and Enterprise plans. The admin of the account can add users and grant access to all the Premium features included in the plan. The admin can also replace or remove users from the account at any time.
