Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any paid plan from your account settings. You keep your features until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Monthly plans get a prorated refund on request. Every plan also comes with a 14-day right to cancel.

What happens to my free Group Polls, Booking Pages, Sign-up Sheets and 1:1s if I upgrade?

You keep all of them, with unlimited use and access to advanced features.

What's the difference between Pro and Team?

Pro is for one person. Team is for several people, and adds shared features and central billing.

Can I add or remove team members later?

Yes. Add or remove seats anytime, and your billing adjusts to match.

Can I switch plans or move to annual billing?

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual billing costs less than monthly.

How can I pay?

Pro and Team plans can be paid by credit card or PayPal. Enterprise plans are paid by purchase order or bank transfer.

Do participants need to pay or sign up?

No. Only the organizer needs a paid plan. Participants join for free, with no account needed.
