Poll: Street Repair Informal Poll

"Help the HOA board select a plan for our street repairs. This is a non-binding poll which will help us decide which plan to put to a vote in the community.
Each company's proposals are ordered from least cost to greatest cost. For example, Industrial Pavement's plan for $4972.60 is marked as Plan A, their $5772.54 is Plan B and their $29,187 proposal is Plan C in the poll."

What kind of warranty / life expectancy comes with the IP, Sunland and K&B options?

In my opinion A&S quotes are not significantly different in dollars so it makes sense to get the extra years by spending the extra cost to get their plan B.
If I had to choose between a fabric overlay and either IPM's plan C, Sunlands plan A, or K&B's plan A, I'd need to know how long they expect these plans to "last". The extra cost again to get a fabric overlay is in my opinion worth it vs. the less expensive options.
