Your Doodle will be ready for production use after a few simple steps. Payment methods are credit card or PayPal. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Access control explained

The Full Branding & Ads-free option is restricted to the members of your organization or company. Thus, when you set up your Branded Doodle, you will be asked to define individual e-mail addresses or whole e-mail domains. Doodle will use this information to recognize the members of your organization as such.

To prevent misuse, only these authorized people will then be able to create new polls with your Branded Doodle. However, once a poll is created, anybody who received the inviation can participate, whether they are inside or outside your organization. Hence, you will still be able to easily organize events with your employees as well as external customers or partners.

You can always use the Branded Doodle administration page to easily configure the access control settings and add new authorized users or remove existing users. If you prefer to have Branded Doodle ads-free and without access control, we will gladly discuss an individual offer for your specific requirements.
